There will be a new list of specifications for virtually phones on the market. The list will be published by the group which promotes and manages the domain dotMobi. Information is collected from many sources. It will use date from Nokia, Vodafone or Wireless Universal Resource File and information from users and developers as well. There are some competitors on the market. That is why this one needs to be different. The new list will be cheaper what makes it accessible for more users not only companies but also individuals. Anyone is able to browse and view the database for free. The prize will be 99 dollars for developers and the other customers will pay 79 dollars per year. There are several differences between PC applications and applications for mobile phones market. Mobile phone developers have to aim at more types of phones and operating systems. It is possible that phones have different requirements which depend on operator in the United States. It makes it more difficult for developer to generate applications usable for more phone users. Until dotMobi doesn't solve this problem it will be easier for developers to deliver applications. This effort of the dotMobi will be good for smaller companies. Subscribers of this list pay more than 10,000 dollars per year. Most often subscribers of these services are mobile Web sites, developers of mobile application or content providers.
